Esther Scheller
Esther moved to Amsterdam from Hamburg, Germany when she was one year old.
At the age of eleven she began her journey into dance by taking her first dance classes. Loving it so much, at the age of seventeen, she enrolled herself at the Theater School of Amsterdam. Here she learned dance techniques as jazz, modern and ballet.
Completing her education she then went on to New York, Tokyo, Paris and London to take additional classes.
Through this, she had the opportunity to work in a variety of shows such as, Moulin Rouge, 42nd Street, Hans Klok and many more.
Returning to Amsterdam in 1999, she took her education another step forward and became a teacher and choreographer.
Over the next three years, Esther worked for companies such as ADC (Amsterdam Dance Center), Tendenza, and created her own projects for various shows and events.
For the last three years, she has received diplomas for massage therapy and reiki healing.
Currently she is working with these techniques as a masseuse in cooperation with ADC, Studio 21, and several other companies such as the Hilton and American Hotel.
Through this advancement of healing, she has become more involved with yoga, especially the Astanga technique. Which has lead to an evolution in her dance style.
Until today Esther is involved with a variety of projects with companies in New York, such as The Next Stage Project and 2 Cities. Experience has enriched her life and career and she is constantly growing and learning new skills to improve all aspects of her future.
